1. Who we are and what these terms cover

jerzo.shop is an online shop run by Jerzo, 10860 Knights Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154, US. Contact: [email protected]. These terms govern your use of the site and every purchase you make on it. By placing an order you agree to them. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery, Returns & Exchanges and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

2. What we sell

Hockey jerseys in two kinds. Custom jerseys are printed with the name, number and lettering style you type on the product page, or, on the own-crest jersey, a crest you send us by link. Blank jerseys have no crest, name, number or logo. Jerzo is an independent shop. We are not connected with, sponsored by or endorsed by any team, league, club or governing body, and we do not sell team, league or player merchandise.

Product photos and colour swatches show the design as closely as a screen allows. Colours on your screen can differ slightly from the printed jersey. Product descriptions say what each jersey is; if a jersey you receive does not match its description, our returns policy covers it.

3. Personalisation: your responsibility

You decide what is printed. We print names, numbers and crests exactly as you enter them, with no proof before production. Please check spelling, spacing and numbers before checkout. You can change them within 24 hours of ordering by email; see Cancel or Change an Order.

You must only ask us to print text and images you have the right to use. Do not enter team names, league names or marks, player names used to suggest endorsement, brand logos, or anything offensive, hateful or unlawful. For the own-crest jersey, you confirm that you own the crest or have permission to use it. We may refuse or cancel any order that breaks this rule, with a full refund within 7 days of our cancellation email. If a third party claims that something you asked us to print infringes their rights, you agree to work with us to resolve it.

Personalised jerseys (your name and number, or your own crest) follow the same 60-day return rule as every other jersey, with the same free return label. Because a personalised jersey cannot be resold, we ask you to email us first so we can check the reason and, where it was our mistake, reprint it instead if you prefer.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order before that, for example if a product is listed with an obvious pricing error, if we cannot ship to the address, or if the personalisation breaks section 3. If we decline after you paid, you get a full refund within 7 days.

Products are made to order. Stock messages on the site describe availability for printing; we do not show fake stock counts.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Some personalisation fields carry an add-on price, shown next to the field and charged only if you fill it in. Sales tax is not collected at checkout. Import duties or taxes on deliveries to Canada, Australia or New Zealand depend on the destination country and are not collected by us.

6. Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and then take 7–14 business days in transit to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you gave. If a parcel is lost or damaged before that, contact us and we will help with a replacement or refund.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You can cancel or change within 24 hours of ordering. You can return any jersey within 60 days of delivery for any reason, with a free return label, and get your refund within 7 days of the return reaching us, or store credit that never expires. 8. Using the site

• Do not copy, scrape or resell the site’s content, product photos or text without our written permission.
• Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site.
• Do not use the site for anything unlawful or to send us harmful files or links.
• Do not place orders in someone else’s name without their permission.

Product designs, text, logo and images on jerzo.shop belong to Jerzo or are used with permission. See our Intellectual Property Policy and DMCA page for how we handle rights claims.

9. Warranties

We promise that the jersey you receive matches its description and your personalisation as entered, and that it arrives undamaged. If it does not, our returns and refund policies apply. Apart from that and any warranty the law gives you that cannot be excluded, the site and products are provided as described, without further promises, for example that the site is always available or error-free.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud or for injury caused by negligence. Otherwise, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed game or event. We recommend ordering well ahead of any date that matters.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the place you live. Please contact us first with any problem; most are solved by email. If a dispute cannot be resolved that way, it may be brought in the courts with jurisdiction in Pennsylvania, or where the law allows, the courts where you live.

14. Accounts

You can buy without creating an account. If you create one, keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time by email; order records we must keep by law stay on file as described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Team and bulk orders

If you order for a team, club or group, you confirm that you are allowed to share each player’s name and number with us for printing, and that every name and number is one the player agreed to. The person who places the order is our contact for changes, returns and refunds. Refunds go to that person’s payment method.

16. Sizes and fit

Sizes are described on each product page and on our Size Guide. Fit is personal and depends on what you wear underneath; that is why every jersey can be returned or exchanged within 60 days with a free label. A wrong size is never a reason we refuse a return inside the window.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, customs holds, natural disasters, public health measures or outages of services we depend on. If such an event delays your order, we will tell you, and you can cancel any order that has not yet shipped for a full refund within 7 days of the cancellation being confirmed.

18. Feedback and messages

If you send us ideas, comments or suggestions, we may use them to improve the shop without owing you anything for them. We will never publish your name or messages as a review or testimonial without your clear permission. We do not show reviews on the site that did not come from real verified buyers.

19. Notices

We send notices about your order to the email address you gave at checkout. You can send notices to us at [email protected]. Written notices by post can go to Jerzo, 10860 Knights Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154, US, but email is faster and is the channel we answer every day.

20. Pricing errors and changes

We check prices carefully, but mistakes happen. If a jersey is listed at a clearly wrong price, we will email you before shipping and offer the correct price or a full cancellation with a refund within 7 days. Prices can change over time; the price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you placed it. We do not show crossed-out “was” prices for amounts we never charged.

21. Age

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian place it. Parents and guardians are welcome to order youth jerseys with their child’s name and number; please read the children section of our Privacy Policy.

22. Links to other sites

The site may link to carrier websites to follow a parcel, or to other useful pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it. The date at the top shows the latest update.

13. Other terms

• If a part of these terms is found invalid, the rest stays in force.
• If we do not enforce a term straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• You may not transfer your rights under an order to someone else without our agreement; gift recipients may still use the returns process.
• These terms, with the policy pages linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about your order.
