1. Where we ship
Four countries. That is the full list: the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Checkout only offers addresses in those countries, and there is no shipping method for anywhere else.
If you live outside those four countries, we cannot ship to you right now. Please do not use a forwarding address to get around this: we cannot help with parcels once they leave the address you gave us, and returns from a forwarder get complicated fast.
We ship to home addresses, apartments and business addresses. If your building has a mailroom or a front desk, add the unit number and any buzzer detail in the address line so the carrier can finish the job.
2. What shipping costs
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. No minimum spend, no coupon, no membership. One jersey or a full bench, the shipping line at checkout reads zero.
We do not sell a paid express option. Every order goes the same way, so there is nothing to compare and nothing to upgrade.
Sales tax is not collected at checkout. The price you see on the product page plus free shipping is the total we charge.
| Destination | Processing | Transit | Shipping cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| United States | 1–3 business days | 7–14 business days | Free |
| Canada | 1–3 business days | 7–14 business days | Free |
| Australia | 1–3 business days | 7–14 business days | Free |
| New Zealand | 1–3 business days | 7–14 business days | Free |
3. How the timeline works
Two clocks run one after the other. First the processing clock: 1–3 business days in which your jersey is printed, checked and packed. Personalised jerseys are printed with the name, number or crest you entered, exactly as typed. Then the transit clock: 7–14 business days in the carrier network until the parcel reaches your door.
Add the two together and most orders arrive within roughly 8 to 17 business days of the order being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, without public holidays. Weekends and holidays do not count on either clock.
If you need a jersey for a game, a tournament or a birthday, count backwards from the date using the full range, not the shortest number. Ordering early is the only reliable way to make a date; we cannot speed up a single order.
- Order placed on a Monday morning: processing usually ends between Tuesday and Thursday.
- Transit then starts and runs 7–14 business days.
- Weekends in between are skipped.
4. Orders with several jerseys
A team order with mixed sizes, names and numbers is still one order. Jerseys can be printed on different days, so a large order may leave in more than one parcel. Each parcel follows the same 1–3 plus 7–14 business day timeline. Free shipping applies to every parcel.
If one parcel arrives before the others, that is normal. Give the rest a few days. If the full transit window has passed and something is still missing, email us with the order number.
5. Shipping confirmation
When your parcel leaves, we send a shipping email to the address used at checkout. If the carrier provides a tracking reference for your parcel, it is included in that email and you can follow it on the carrier’s site. Tracking detail varies by carrier and country, and some scans update slowly, especially when a parcel crosses a border.
Did not get the email? Check spam and promotions folders first, then write to us and we will resend the details. You can also see order status on the Order Tracking page.
6. Address mistakes
Check the address before you pay. Change it within 24 hours of ordering by emailing us; after that, the jersey may already be in production and the label printed. See Cancel or Change an Order for how changes work.
If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we will email you and work out the next step with you. If a parcel is marked delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbours, building staff and any safe place the carrier uses, then contact us and we will help.
7. Late, lost or damaged parcels
If the full 7–14 business day transit window has passed and your parcel has not arrived, email us with your order number. We will check with the carrier and tell you what we find. If a parcel is confirmed lost, or a jersey arrives damaged, misprinted or wrong, contact us and we will help put it right with a replacement or a refund.
For damage or a print problem, a clear photo of the jersey and the packaging helps us sort it out in one email instead of three.
8. Customs, duties and taxes
Orders ship from the USA. Parcels to Canada, Australia and New Zealand cross a border. Whether any import duty, tax or handling fee is charged depends on the destination country, its rules and the value of the parcel. We do not collect these amounts at checkout.
If your carrier or customs office asks for a payment or for information before delivery, contact us and we will help with what we know about the shipment. Refusing a parcel at customs can send it back to us, which delays everything; please talk to us first.
9. Weather, holidays and peak periods
Winter storms, carrier peaks around holidays and border checks can push a parcel to the late end of the transit window. These factors are outside our control, and they do not change the free shipping or your right to return. If a delay worries you, write to us and we will look at your parcel.
10. Returns travel free too
Returns are covered by a free return label within 60 days. Refunds are issued within 7 days of the return reaching us. Read Returns & Exchanges for the steps and Refund Policy for the money side.
11. Shipping a jersey as a gift
You can send a jersey straight to the person who will wear it. Put their name and address in the shipping details and yours in the billing details. The shipping email goes to the address used at checkout, so you can keep an eye on the parcel without spoiling the surprise.
If the jersey does not fit, the person who received it can contact us with the order number, and the same 60-day return rule with a free label applies.
12. PO boxes and special addresses
Some carriers cannot deliver to every PO box, parcel locker or military address. If checkout accepts the address we will try it, but a street address is always the safest choice. If a parcel is returned to us because the carrier could not deliver, we will email you to arrange the next step.
13. Shipping questions we hear a lot
Can I pay for faster shipping?
No. There is one shipping method and it is free. The timeline is 1–3 business days of processing and 7–14 business days in transit.
Do you ship to the UK or Europe?
Not at the moment. We ship only to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Does a custom jersey take longer?
Personalised jerseys use the same 1–3 business day processing window as blank ones. There is no proof step: we print what you typed.
My parcel is stuck on one scan. What now?
Scans can pause for several days, especially at borders. If the full 7–14 business day transit window has passed, email us with your order number and we will check.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Within 24 hours, by email. After that the label may already exist; contact us anyway and we will see what can be done.
Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax is collected at checkout. Any import charges for Canada, Australia or New Zealand depend on the destination country.
14. What helps your parcel arrive on time
- Full street address, including apartment, unit or suite number.
- A recipient name that matches the name on the mailbox or door.
- A working email address, so the shipping email reaches you.
- For Canada, Australia and New Zealand: the correct postal code format for that country.
- For team orders: one delivery address that someone checks every day, such as a coach or team manager.
Most delivery problems we see come from a missing unit number or a typo in the postal code. Thirty seconds of checking at checkout saves two weeks of waiting.
15. Planning for a season start or tournament
Hockey runs on schedules: first skate, tryouts, playoffs, the holiday tournament. If a date matters, work from the longest timeline. Take the order date, add 3 business days for processing and 14 business days for transit, and skip weekends and public holidays. If that lands after your date, the safe move is a blank backup jersey from stock you already own, not hoping for the short end of the window.
For a full roster, collect every name, number and size before you order. One complete order is easier to track than six small ones placed over a week, and it avoids one player waiting on a late add-on.
16. Summary in one line
Free shipping from the USA to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, 1–3 business days to process, 7–14 business days in transit, 60-day returns with a free label, refund within 7 days of the return reaching us. Anything else, ask us at [email protected].
17. Words we use on this page
- Business day: Monday to Friday, not counting public holidays.
- Processing: the time between your order and the parcel leaving us, 1–3 business days. It includes printing your jersey and packing it.
- Transit: the time the parcel spends with the carrier, 7–14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
- Delivered: the carrier marks the parcel as handed over at the address you gave.
- Order number: the number in your order confirmation email. Put it in every message to us so we can find your order in one step.
If anything on this page reads differently from what you saw at checkout, the checkout total and the numbers on this page are meant to match. Tell us if they do not, and we will fix the page or the checkout.
