Orders and personalisation
How do I add a name and number to a jersey?
Open any jersey in Custom Hockey Jerseys. Choose size and colourway, then fill in the Name field (up to 12 characters) and the Number field (0 to 99). Most designs also offer a lettering style: straight block or arched block. A preview over the product image updates as you type.
Will you send me a proof before printing?
No. We do not send a proof or mockup before production. What you type in the fields is what we print, so check spelling, spacing and capitals before you add the jersey to the cart. The live preview helps you judge length and placement.
Can I print lower-case letters or symbols?
Names on most designs print in capital letters, which is how hockey lettering is normally set. Stick to letters, spaces, hyphens and apostrophes for the cleanest result. If you want something unusual, email us before ordering.
Can you print a pro team, league or player name?
No. We print your own name, nickname or number, and on the crest jersey, a crest you own or have permission to use. We do not print the names or logos of teams, leagues, colleges, brands, characters or real players. Orders that ask for them are cancelled and refunded. See our Intellectual Property Policy.
How does the crest jersey work?
On the crest jersey, paste a link to your crest image (a PNG or JPG in a shared folder) and tick the box confirming you own it or have permission to use it. We print it on the chest as sent, with no proof. If the file cannot be printed clearly, we email you for another one before production.
How do I order jerseys for a whole team?
Add one cart line per player, each with its own size, name and number. Mixed sizes and cuts in one order are fine. For large groups, email us first with the product, quantity and date you need them by, and we will tell you honestly whether the timeline fits.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, within 24 hours of ordering. Email [email protected] with your order number and the change. After 24 hours the jersey may already be in production. Details are on Cancel or Change an Order.
Can I add something to an order I already placed?
Place a second order. Shipping is free, so it costs nothing extra to ship.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
To the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free to all four, with no minimum order. We do not ship to other countries at the moment.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Transit then takes 7–14 business days to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Full details are on Shipping & Delivery.
Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from the USA.
Will I pay import duties?
Orders to Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be subject to import duties or taxes depending on the destination country’s rules. We do not collect sales tax or duties at checkout. If you have a question about a charge from your carrier or customs, email us and we will help where we can.
How do I track my order?
When a tracking number is available, we email it to you. You can also check the status of your order on our Order Tracking page with your order number and billing email.
My parcel is late. What now?
First allow the full window: 1–3 business days of processing plus 7–14 business days in transit. If that time has passed with no delivery, email us with your order number and we will look into it with you.
Can I change the delivery address?
Email us as soon as possible. Within 24 hours of ordering we can update it. After the parcel ships, the address may not be changeable.

Can I take store credit instead?

Email us with your order number and photos of the whole jersey and the problem. We reply within 24 hours on business days with the next step.
Products and sizing
What are the jerseys made of?
Our jerseys are long-sleeve, V-neck hockey jerseys in mesh fabric, 100% polyester, with the design and lettering printed or sublimated in. Machine wash, tumble dry low.
What sizes do you offer?
Adult S to 4XL, youth Youth S to Youth XL, women’s cut XS to 2XL, and goalie cut S to 3XL. Adult 3XL and 4XL, and goalie 3XL, cost $3 more because they use more fabric.
How do I pick a size?
Lay a jersey you already own flat, measure across the chest and the length, and compare. Hockey jerseys run roomy for shoulder pads. Our Size Guide walks through it, including goalie and youth tips.
What is a goalie cut?
A jersey that is wider through the body and sleeves, so it sits over a chest protector and arm pads. See Goalie Cut Jerseys.
What is the difference between the lace-up and crew collar?
The lace-up collar has a short opening at the throat closed with a lace, for the old-time sweater look. The crew collar is a closed round neckline that sits flatter under a neck guard. Same body, sizes and price. See Lace-Up Collar Jerseys.
Should I choose the women’s cut or a unisex size?
The women’s cut is narrower in the shoulders and shaped through the body. If you wear pads underneath or like a loose fit, your usual adult unisex size may suit better.
Are blank jerseys really blank?
Yes. No crest, no name, no number, no logo. Just the design’s colours and pattern. See Blank Hockey Jerseys.
Will the colours look exactly like the screen?
Close, but screens vary. Fades and plaids are printed patterns and can shift slightly from one jersey to the next. If you need to match existing jerseys, email us first.
Payments
How can I pay?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. See Payment Methods for how payment works.
Do you charge sales tax?
No sales tax is collected at checkout. The price you see plus free shipping is what you pay us.
Is it safe to send card details by email?
Never send card numbers, security codes or passwords by email. We will never ask for them. Payment happens only on the checkout page.
Account and privacy
Do I need an account to order?
You can check out with your email address. An account lets you see past orders in one place.
What happens to my personalisation details and crest file?
They are used only to make your order and are deleted 30 days after delivery. See our Privacy Policy.
How do I contact you?
Email [email protected]. Email is our only support channel, and we reply within 24 hours on business days. You can also use Submit a Ticket or visit the Help Center.
Care and wear
How do I wash my jersey?
Machine wash, tumble dry low. That is our care instruction for every jersey. Turning the jersey inside out before washing is a sensible habit for any printed garment, and washing with similar colours keeps things simple.
Can I wear shoulder pads under a Jerzo jersey?
Yes. Our skater jerseys are cut roomy for pads. If you wear bulky pads or like extra room, go up one size. Goalies should look at the goalie cut.
Can I wear it off the ice?
Of course. Plenty of people wear our jerseys to games, pubs and pond weekends. Over a hoodie outdoors, consider one size up.
Do the name and number peel off?
The name and number are printed or sublimated into the jersey along with the design, not stitched on as separate patches.
Choosing between products
Custom or blank: which should I buy?
Choose custom if you want your name and number on the back. Choose blank if you want a clean jersey for practice, pickup or simply wearing. Blank jerseys follow our standard 60-day return rule, which makes them a safe gift when you are unsure of the size.
Which design is best for a long name?
Names up to 12 characters fit. Longer names look cleaner in straight block lettering; short names of up to about seven letters look strong in arched block. Use the live preview to compare.
Do kids’ and adult jerseys match?
Several designs exist in both adult and youth versions, such as the two-stripe style, so families and teams can wear matching colourways. Check the colourway names on each product page.
Which jersey is best for pond hockey?
The Blank Pond Plaid Hockey Jersey was designed with outdoor ice in mind. Its check pattern is printed, not a woven flannel.
Do you sell anything other than jerseys?
No. Jerzo sells hockey jerseys only: custom with your own lettering, or blank with no logo. Browse everything in the shop.
Can I get a jersey with a number only and no name?
Custom jerseys ask for both a name and a number. If you want something different, email us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible.
Is there a minimum order?
No. One jersey ships free, the same as twenty.
Can I order a jersey as a gift and ship it to someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout. If you are unsure of their size, a blank jersey is the safer pick, and you can check the spelling of any name twice before paying.
Where is Jerzo based?
