Who is responsible
\n
This privacy policy covers jerzo.shop, run by Jerzo, 10860 Knights Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154, US. We decide how the personal information described here is used. If you have a question or want to use one of your rights, email support@jerzo.shop. We reply within 24 hours on business days.
\n
2. What we collect
\n
When you order
\n
Your name, email address, billing address, shipping address, the jerseys you bought, sizes, colourways, and the personalisation you typed: names, numbers, lettering style and, for the own-crest jersey, the crest link and your confirmation that you own the crest. Payment is processed by a payment provider at checkout; we receive a confirmation and limited details such as the payment status, not your full card number.
\n
When you email us
\n
Your email address, the content of your message, any photos you attach (for example of a damaged jersey) and our replies.
\n
When you browse
\n
Technical data your browser sends: IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and the time of the visit. Cookies keep your cart working and remember items between pages. See section 6.
\n
What we do not collect
\n
We do not ask for your date of birth, government ID numbers or anything about your health. We do not run a loyalty profile or buy data about you from others.
\n
3. Why we use it
\n
\n
To make your jersey: printing your name, number or crest exactly as entered.
\n
To deliver it: passing your name and address to the carrier.
\n
To take payment and issue refunds through the payment provider.
\n
To answer your emails and handle returns, exchanges and cancellations.
\n
To keep the site secure and working, and to stop fraud.
\n
To meet legal duties, for example keeping order records for accounting.
\n
\n
We use your information because we need it to perform the contract with you (your order), because of legal obligations, or because we have a legitimate interest in running a secure shop. If we ever want to send marketing email, we will ask for your permission first; we do not send it today.
\n
\n
What we keep and for how long
\n
\n
\n
Data
\n
Why
\n
How long
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Name, number, lettering, crest link
\n
Printing your jersey
\n
Deleted 30 days after delivery
\n
\n
\n
Photos you email us
\n
Return or damage claims
\n
Deleted 30 days after delivery or after the claim is closed, whichever is later
\n
\n
\n
Order record (items, prices, addresses)
\n
Accounting, returns, legal duties
\n
As long as tax and accounting law requires
\n
\n
\n
Support emails
\n
Answering you, order history
\n
As long as needed for your order and any follow-up
\n
\n
\n
Cart and session cookies
\n
Keeping your cart
\n
Until the session ends or the cookie expires
\n
\n
\n
\n
4. Who we share it with
\n
Only with the service providers we need to run the shop, and only what each needs:
\n
\n
Our printing and fulfilment partner, to print and pack your jersey.
\n
Carriers, to deliver it (name, address, and sometimes your email for delivery updates).
\n
The payment provider at checkout, to process payment and refunds.
\n
Our website host and email services, which store data on our behalf.
\n
\n
Each provider may only use your information to provide its service to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for other companies’ advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute about an order.
\n
5. Crest links and personalisation
\n
For the own-crest jersey you send us a link to an image. We open it to print the crest and do not reuse it for anything else. Names and numbers are used only to print your order. Thirty days after delivery we delete the personalisation details and crest links from our systems, keeping only what an order record needs (for example, that a jersey was personalised). If you need a reprint after that, you will be asked to send the details again.
\n
6. Cookies
\n
The site uses cookies that are needed to make it work: the cart, checkout, and security. A page cache may also set technical cookies to serve pages faster. We do not use advertising cookies today. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this section will be updated and, where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent first. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the cart may stop working if you do.
\n
7. Your rights
\n
Depending on where you live (for example a US state such as California, or Canada, Australia or New Zealand), you have rights over your personal information. Whatever the law where you live, we offer everyone the same:
\n
\n
Ask what information we hold about you and get a copy.
\n
Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
\n
Ask us to delete your information, unless we must keep an order record by law.
\n
Object to a use of your information, or ask us to limit it.
\n
Withdraw consent you gave, at any time.
\n
\n
Email support@jerzo.shop from the address used for your order. We may ask a question to confirm it is you. We answer within 24 hours on business days and complete requests as fast as the law requires, usually much faster. We will not treat you differently for using your rights. You can also complain to the privacy regulator where you live.
\n
8. Security
\n
The site runs over HTTPS, so data between your browser and the site is encrypted. Access to order data is limited to the people and services that need it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your personal information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
\n
9. International transfers
\n
We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the United States or other countries. If you order from Canada, Australia or New Zealand, your information is transferred to the United States to fulfil your order. We only use providers that protect information in line with this policy.
\n
10. Children
\n
The site is meant for adults. Parents order youth jerseys for their children; we only collect the child’s name or nickname and number if the parent types them for printing, and we delete them 30 days after delivery like all personalisation. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
\n
12. California and other US state rights
\n
If you live in California or another US state with a consumer privacy law, you can ask us what categories of personal information we collected in the last 12 months, where it came from, why we used it and which categories of providers received it. The answers are in sections 2 to 4 of this page: identifiers (name, email, address), commercial information (orders), internet activity (pages viewed on this site) and the content you send us. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you. You can use an authorised agent to make a request; we will ask the agent for proof of your permission.
\n
13. Canada, Australia and New Zealand
\n
If you live in Canada, your information is handled in line with Canadian private-sector privacy law: we collect only what an order needs, use it only for that, and let you see and correct it. If you live in Australia or New Zealand, the same principles apply under the privacy laws there, including your right to access and correct your information. Because we are in the United States, your information is stored and processed there; section 9 explains this transfer.
\n
14. Emails we send
\n
We only send emails that are part of your order: order confirmation, shipping confirmation, replies to your messages, return labels and refund confirmations. We do not add you to a newsletter. If you reply to one of these emails, the reply comes to our support inbox and is handled like any other support message.
\n
15. Do Not Track and browser signals
\n
Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Because we do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information, there is nothing for those signals to switch off today. If that changes, we will honour Global Privacy Control as an opt-out where the law requires it.
\n
16. Accuracy
\n
Please keep your order details right. If your email or address changes before your jersey arrives, tell us. A wrong address is the most common reason a parcel is late, and a wrong email means you miss the shipping confirmation.
\n
17. How to make a request, step by step
\n
\n
Email support@jerzo.shop from the address you used to order. Subject: “Privacy request”.
\n
Say what you want: a copy, a correction, a deletion, or to stop a use.
\n
Add your order number if you have one. It helps us find everything in one search.
\n
We confirm who you are, usually by replying to the order email address.
\n
We complete the request and tell you what we did, including anything we must keep by law and why.
\n
\n
There is no charge for a request. If a request is clearly unfounded or repeated many times, the law may let us refuse or charge a reasonable fee; we will explain if that ever applies.
\n
18. Data from people who are not customers
\n
If you email us without ordering, for example to ask about sizes, we keep your email and our reply only as long as useful to answer you and any follow-up. If someone sends us a jersey as a gift to you, we receive your name and address from the buyer for delivery only.
\n
19. Logs and security records
\n
Like most websites, our server keeps short technical logs of requests: IP address, time, page and browser. They are used to keep the site running, find errors and block abuse such as automated attacks. They are not used to build a profile of you and are overwritten on a rolling basis.
\n
11. Changes
\n
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and, for important changes, explain them on this page.
