We never see or store your full card number.
\n
Payment questions: support@jerzo.shop.
\n
\n
\n
1. Which methods you can use
\n
The methods you can pay with are the ones listed on the checkout page when you place your order. That list is the only source of truth: we do not promise a method on this page that might not be shown at checkout, and we do not show payment logos elsewhere on the site for the same reason. If you do not see a method you want to use, email us before ordering and we will tell you what is available.
\n
2. Currency
\n
Every price on jerzo.shop is in US dollars (USD), and you are charged in US dollars. If your card or account is in Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollars, your bank or payment provider converts the amount and may add its own conversion fee. That fee is set by your provider, not by us. The order total you see at checkout in US dollars is what we charge.
\n
3. What the total includes
\n
\n
The price of each jersey, as shown on the product page.
\n
Any personalisation add-on you chose, shown next to the field and charged only when filled in.
\n
Free shipping to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
\n
\n
Sales tax is not collected at checkout. For deliveries to Canada, Australia and New Zealand, any import duty or tax depends on the destination country and is not part of our total.
\n
\n
Payment at a glance
\n
\n
\n
Question
\n
Answer
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Which methods?
\n
The ones shown at checkout
\n
\n
\n
Currency
\n
US dollars
\n
\n
\n
When am I charged?
\n
When you place the order
\n
\n
\n
Shipping charge
\n
None, free to US, CA, AU, NZ
\n
\n
\n
Sales tax
\n
Not collected
\n
\n
\n
Refund to
\n
The original payment method
\n
\n
\n
\n
4. When you are charged
\n
Payment is taken when you place the order. Because jerseys are made to order, we start printing after payment is confirmed. If a payment fails, the order is not placed and no jersey is made; you can try again or email us.
\n
5. Security
\n
Checkout runs over HTTPS, so the connection between your browser and our site is encrypted. Card or account details are entered with, and processed by, the payment provider. We receive a confirmation that the payment went through and limited details such as the amount and status, but never your full card number or security code. See our Privacy Policy for what we keep.
\n
We will never ask you for card details, passwords or one-time codes by email. If you receive such a message claiming to be from Jerzo, do not reply; forward it to support@jerzo.shop.
\n
6. Refunds
\n
Refunds go back to the payment method used at checkout, issued within 7 days of your return reaching us or of a cancellation being confirmed. How long the provider takes to show the money in your account depends on the provider and your bank. Full details: Refund Policy.
\n
7. Declined or failed payments
\n
A payment can be declined for many reasons: a typo in the billing address, a card limit, a bank security check on an overseas merchant, or an expired card. We do not see the reason; your bank or provider does. Try again carefully, try another method shown at checkout, or contact your bank. If the money was taken but you got no order confirmation, email us with the time and amount and we will check.
\n
8. Duplicate charges and pending amounts
\n
Sometimes a failed attempt shows as a pending amount on your statement. Pending amounts from failed attempts are normally released by your bank without action from you. If you see two completed charges for one order, email us with the order number and we will refund the duplicate within 7 days of confirming it.
\n
9. Disputes
\n
If something is wrong with a payment, email us first. We answer within 24 hours on business days and most problems are solved quickly. A dispute opened with your bank or provider freezes the order while they investigate, which usually takes longer than solving it with us.
\n
10. Discount codes
\n
If a discount code is active, there is a field for it at checkout. Codes are applied before payment; we cannot apply a code to an order after it has been paid. We do not currently publish a standing discount code.
\n
11. Payment questions
\n
Can I pay later or in instalments?
\n
Only if such an option is shown at checkout. If it is not shown, it is not available for your order.
\n
Do you charge my card before the jersey is made?
\n
Yes, payment is taken when you order, because every jersey is made to order.
\n
Can someone else pay for my order?
\n
Yes. The person who pays receives any refund to their payment method.
\n
Why was I charged in US dollars?
\n
All Jerzo prices are in US dollars. Your provider converts the amount for you.
\n
Do I need an account to pay?
\n
No. You can check out as a guest.
\n
Can I pay by invoice for a team order?
\n
Not at the moment; team orders are paid at checkout like any other order. Email us if you have a special case.
\n
13. Checkout, step by step
\n
\n
Add your jerseys to the cart. Check each cart line: size, colourway, collar, name and number.
\n
Go to checkout. Enter your email, billing details and shipping address in the US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
\n
Check the order total: jerseys, any personalisation add-ons, free shipping, no sales tax line.
\n
Pick one of the payment methods shown and follow its steps.
\n
Wait for the order confirmation email. It is your receipt and holds your order number.
\n
\n
If the confirmation does not arrive within an hour, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email us with your name and the time you ordered.
\n
14. Billing address tips
\n
The billing address should match the address your bank has on file for the card or account you use. A mismatch is one of the most common reasons for a declined payment. The shipping address can be different: send the jersey to a coach, a rink address or a friend, as long as it is in one of our four shipping countries.
\n
15. Receipts for clubs and businesses
\n
Clubs, schools and companies often need a receipt. The order confirmation email lists the store name and address (Jerzo, 10860 Knights Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154, US), the date, every jersey with its price, and the total paid. If you need the purchaser name changed to a club name for your records, email us before the order ships and we will add it to the order record. We do not issue tax invoices with a sales tax line, because no sales tax is collected.
\n
16. How we help prevent fraud
\n
To protect you, the payment provider may run its own checks on a payment, such as asking your bank to confirm it. In rare cases we may email you to confirm an order before printing, for example if the billing and shipping details look unusual. We will never ask for your full card number or password. If an order is cancelled because a payment could not be confirmed, any amount taken is refunded within 7 days of the cancellation.
\n
17. Words used on this page
\n
\n
Payment provider: the company that processes your payment at checkout.
\n
Pending: an amount your bank has reserved but not yet finalised.
\n
Declined: your bank or provider did not approve the payment.
\n
Original payment method: the method you used at checkout; refunds go back there.
\n
\n
18. If something on this page is out of date
\n
Payment options can change. If anything here does not match what you see at checkout, the checkout page is correct for your order, and we would like to fix this page: please tell us at support@jerzo.shop.
\n
19. Paying for a team order
\n
A full roster is one order and one payment. The person paying should collect every player’s share before checkout; we cannot split one order across several cards. If each player wants to pay for their own jersey, each can place a separate order for their own jersey, with their own name and number. Each order then has its own 24-hour change window, its own 60-day return window and its own refund route back to the card that paid for it.
\n
For larger groups, one tidy order is usually easier for everyone: one confirmation, one shipping email, one person to contact.
\n
20. Store credit as payment
\n
If you hold store credit from a return, it never expires and can be used on any jersey. Email us before ordering and we will apply it to your order. If your order costs more than the credit, the difference is paid with one of the methods shown at checkout; if it costs less, the rest stays as credit for next time.
\n
21. Changes to an order after payment
\n
If you change an order within 24 hours and the new total is higher, for example after switching to a 3XL, we email you before making the change and explain how to pay the difference. If the new total is lower, the difference is refunded to your original payment method within 7 days of confirming the change. Nothing extra is charged without your agreement.
\n
22. Chargebacks for items you returned
\n
If you returned a jersey and also opened a chargeback for the same amount, please tell us. Two refunds for one jersey usually lead to the payment provider reversing one of them, which takes time for everyone. One email to us is the fastest route to your money.
\n
23. Personalisation add-ons and your total
\n
Some personalisation fields carry a small add-on price, printed next to the field label. The add-on is charged only when you fill in that field or tick that box, and it appears as part of the cart line for that jersey, so you can see it before you pay. The product price on the shop page and in search results never changes because of an add-on. If you clear the field before checkout, the add-on disappears from the total. A returned jersey is refunded with its add-on included.
\n
24. Guest checkout and saved details
\n
You do not need an account to pay. If you create one, the site may remember your addresses to make the next checkout quicker, but payment details stay with the payment provider and are not stored on jerzo.shop.
\n
12.
