\nShort version of how we work: you pick a hockey jersey, you letter it or leave it blank, we print it, and it ships free from the USA. Everything else on this page is detail.
\nJerzo sells hockey jerseys only, in two families. Custom jerseys carry the name and number you type. Blank jerseys carry no lettering and no logo. Within both families you choose a cut: adult, youth, women’s or goalie.

\nOur jerseys are long-sleeve, V-neck hockey jerseys in mesh fabric, 100% polyester, with design and lettering printed or sublimated in. Machine wash, tumble dry low.
\nSizes: adult S to 4XL, youth Youth S to Youth XL, women’s cut XS to 2XL, goalie cut S to 3XL. Adult 3XL and 4XL, and goalie 3XL, cost $3 more.
\nThe easiest way to choose: lay a jersey you own flat, measure across the chest and the length, and compare. Goalies measure over their gear. Kids often go one size up to last a season. The Size Guide walks through every case.
\nOn custom jerseys you fill in fields above the Add to cart button. Name, up to 12 characters. Number, 0 to 99. On most designs, a lettering style: straight block or arched block. A live preview shows the text over the product image.
\nWe print exactly what you type. We do not send a proof before production. Check spelling twice. We do not print team, league, brand or real player names or logos; orders asking for them are cancelled and refunded.
\nThe crest jersey takes a link to your own crest image plus a checkbox confirming you own it or have permission to use it. Details: Intellectual Property Policy.
\nAdd each jersey to the cart with its options. For a team, add one line per player. Check out with your email address; an account is optional. You get an order confirmation email with your order number. Keep it: every support answer starts with that number.
\nNeed to change something? You have 24 hours. Email us with the order number and the change. After 24 hours the jersey may already be in production. Full rules: Cancel or Change an Order.
\nWe ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free to all four with no minimum. Orders ship from the USA.

\nWhen a tracking number is available, we email it to you. You can also enter your order number and billing email on Order Tracking to see your order status. If the full processing and transit window has passed without delivery, email us.
\nYou have 60 days from delivery to return a jersey. Email us to start; we send a free return label, including for change-of-mind returns. To exchange for a different size, return the original and order the new size. Personalised jerseys follow a specific rule, so read Returns & Exchanges before ordering a lettered jersey.
\nWe issue your refund within 7 days of receiving your return, back to the original payment method. Banks can take a few extra days to show it. Prefer store credit? It never expires. Details on the Refund Policy.
\nAvailable payment methods are shown at checkout. We do not collect sales tax at checkout. Never send card details by email; we will never ask. See Payment Methods.
\nAn account is optional and lets you see past orders. Personalisation details and crest files are used only to make your order and are deleted 30 days after delivery. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. Our Terms of Service cover the rules of using the store; they are governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

\nNames up to 12 characters fit. If a long name looks tight, try straight block lettering instead of arched block. The preview is a guide to spacing; the final lettering is sized by the design.
\nWe only ship to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Check that the country in your address is one of those four. If it is and you still see no option, email us.

\nTry the goalie cut, wider in the body and sleeves for pads. Measure over your gear first.
\nPick one design for everyone, such as the custom two-stripe jersey. Collect each player’s size, name and number in a list first. Then add one cart line per player. Email us before ordering a large group with the quantity and the date you need the jerseys, so we can tell you honestly whether 1–3 business days of processing plus 7–14 business days in transit fits.
\nOrder a light set and a dark set of blank solid practice jerseys, for example Glacier & Midnight and Midnight & Cyan. Two teams can split in seconds, and nobody needs a name on the back.
\nLook at Youth Hockey Jerseys. Sizes run Youth S to Youth XL. Many parents size up one step so the jersey lasts over growing shoulder pads. Blank youth jerseys are the easy choice for programs where kids change groups often.
\nMeasure the jersey your goalie wears over a chest protector today, then compare with the goalie notes in the Size Guide. Choose the custom goalie cut for a name and number, or the blank goalie cut for practice.
\nUse the crest jersey. Have a clear PNG or JPG of the crest ready in a shared folder, and confirm you own it or have permission. We print it as sent with no proof; an unprintable file means we email you for another before production.
\nThe pond plaid jersey and the fade jersey are made for outdoor ice. Wearing a hoodie underneath? Go up one size.
\nNot sure of the size? A blank jersey follows our standard 60-day return rule with a free return label. For a lettered jersey, double-check the spelling of the name before paying; there is no proof step.
